Springtails Culture

 Springtails can be a source of food for small/baby reptiles and fish, another use for them is in bio-active reptile & amphibian set up as they have the ability to consume mould and waste produced by the inhabitants of the terrarium. 

They require high levels of humidity ~80%, so they are best suited for tropical species, they also need leaf litter/sphagnum or pieces of wood/rock to hide.

A culture is packed with charcoal pieces which can be also be dumped in the enclosure without any harm.
